Return Authorization: Do not send the item back until you receive a formal Return Authorization (RA) and detailed shipping instructions from us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds and Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
