2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Domestic - India)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but these are subject to change based on the courier partner and delivery location.

Shipping Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not liable for any delays that are outside of our direct control, such as carrier delays or customs issues (if applicable).
3. Free Shipping
We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold. Any active free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the Site and automatically applied at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier partnerβs website.

If we do begin shipping internationally, you, the customer, will be responsible for all import duties, customs duties, tariffs, and taxes (VAT) imposed by the destination country. These charges are collected by the courier or your local postal service upon delivery and are not included in your order total.
6. Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Items
A. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. You must notify us within 3 calendar days of receipt with photographic proof. We will then guide you through the return or replacement process.
B. Lost or Stolen Packages
fivara.in is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided for the order. However, if your package tracking indicates the order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately at contact@fivara.in. If the order has not yet been processed, we will attempt to update the address. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address, and you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipment once the package is returned to us.
